Dressing for pasta and bruschetta

ideal for pasta and Italian bruschetta

Mixture of choosed and natural aromatic herbs.

Ingredients:

Spicy mixture:
parsley, chilli pepper, basil, sage, thyme, garlic, salt. 

Not spicy mixture:
parsley, pepper, basil, sage, thyme, garlic, salt.

How to use: 

Pasta (for 500g) already cooked:  warm up oil in a pan with a spoon of the mixture then add the pasta and fry slightly.

Pizza: add the mixture to the red tomato sauce or spread the mixture on the pizza before putting this in the oven.

Bruschetta: spread the mixture on the wet and oiled slices of bread.

Recommended for:

fresh pasta, meatbals, tripe, snails, sauces in general and spicy courses.
