Rosemary

(Rosmarinus officinalis)

In the ancient Egypt the rosemary was used in the purification rituals and as a body deodorant, thanks to its good odour.

It seems that the rosemary has the property to increase and stimulate the concentration. Thanks to its analgesic properties the rosemary can be used to fight cold and cough, to strengthen the gums and to help against rheumatism.

The rosemary cooking is very commonly used and appreciated because it makes the courses not only more tasty but even more digestible.
